Susanne M. Nelson

Susanne has significant experience in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation representing major corporations. Her business litigation caseload includes a variety of complex commercial matters, including breach of contract, joint venture agreements, licensing and distributorship agreements, and trade secret issues. She also has defended qui tam actions under the Federal False Claims Act, SEC investigations and actions involving the Federal Trade Commission. She has worked on international cases involving choice of law issues and has appeared before the American Arbitration Association in Houston and New York City. Her extensive practice also encompasses management of cases involving wrongful death, industrial accidents and personal injury as well as insurance coverage issues and opinions.
