Joshua C. Anderson

Joshua Anderson practices both trial and appellate litigation, with a focus on industrial refinery litigation.  He currently serves as litigation counsel for several maintenance contractors in personal injury and commercial disputes.  He also represents a diverse number of additional clients ranging from prominent insurance carriers to health care providers.  He currently serves as counsel for these clients throughout the state of Texas in both state and federal proceedings.  Finally, he is one of the firm’s lead appellate counsels and has successfully prosecuted and defended a variety of appeals for numerous clients
